gonorrhoea and your oral health

How can gonorrhoea affect your oral health?

Gonorrhoea does not affect the mouth although there may be bacteria that causes gonorrhoea in their throats. Some people with gonorrhoea have oral sores, red swollen tissues in their throats, and red swollen tissues in their mouths. If you have gonorrhoea in your mouth then you should avoid non-urgent dental treatment as much as possible. You may even give the disease to dental care personnel.
